French Panel

I hit a few yard sales on Saturday and look what I found.  I am still drooling over it.  It's missing a whole corner, the wood is old and it's pretty beat up, but, oh, the patina, the charm, the beauty!  It was love at first sight for this gal.  I wish I could tell you I paid a dollar, but the seller knew it was something special too.  I happily paid the asking price and brought this exquisite piece home.  We shall live happily ever after, and for once I am not selling it.  This one's for me.

Yep, this one's a keeper.

Doesn't it seems like summer is almost over?   We are really only about half way through and it's been a hot one, hasn't it?

Thanks so much for visiting.  I hope you are having a wonderful day.

Love it. It would be great painted white and distressed to hang over an entrance in a foyer.
