A couple of weeks ago I found these adorable folding chairs at the flea market. They had been left out in the rain and the fabric was badly damaged. I stripped off the fabric and the foam underneath was in very good condition.
I cut some drop cloth to fit the seats, stenciled a laurel wreath in white and used painters tape to mark off my stripes which I did in red. This gave them a Frenchy grain sack feel and freshened up the chairs so they are ready for their new life.
This is what the chairs looked like when I found them. Not so attractive then, but now they are like new again.
Thanks for stopping by.
