Most of the stencils I used were ones I purchased at Michael's and Joann's and were very inexpensive. They are the 1/2 inch to 1 1/2 inch variety of letters.
For the circles and the ovals I used a box lid and some bowls and traced around them. I filled in with some rubber stamps to embellish the crown a little bit and to dress up the ovals on the sides.
I had my husband replace the dated stained glass with small scale poultry wire I had on hand already.
I kept all the wording the same as my original inspiration image.
Lombart is a real chocolate shop in France.
I loved the small scale details of this cute little desk. It is about 20 inches wide.
Who doesn't love a little chocolate?
Here is the link to this fabulous graphic. Chocolate Label
And here is what I started with. Big difference, don't you think? Thanks for hanging in there. I know this post was picture heavy. Have a great day!

Very lovely. What a difference and that was a lot of work. You have an eye for beauty in the beast.
What a fabulous piece. I have never seen anything quite like it. GREAT job on it- xo Diana
That's awesome. I love it. It looks completely different. You've got great vision!
Wow this really is nice! What a great job~what an ugly duckling it used to be!!
I love lots of pictures in a post, Maggie. : ) This turned out fabulous! You did a great job transferring that graphic on there. I love the crown on the top. I am amazed at how you got it done on the roll top part. Love the poultry wire on the doors. What a great piece this would be in a kitchen ~ to sit and plan out your meals, shopping lists, etc., and keep cookbooks and favorite dishes behind the doors. I love it!
Hi Maggie,
Wow! I love it!!!!!

Chocolate AND loveliness? I don't think it gets better than this! I even drug my husband over to see the cabinet because I was so impressed! I would have never thought to stencil the roll top, and yet, that is touch that makes this piece. My hat is off to you!
Now THAT is an amazing transformation! Fabulous job!
Now I didn't think it was possible to rescue that piece of UGLY furniture, but you made it soooo beautiful! Your stenciling is impressive. Thanks for the visit, too.
Jimmeny Crickets, I'm pinning - awesome!

Huh?! That ugly ole dated piece of furniture turned into a gorgeous heirloom!! And the best thing is that it's custom made to store chocolate. Fabulous before and after!
What a sweet little roll top, I've never seen one like that! I love what you've done with it!
