This was the way the wired arms of the chandelier looked before. The whole fixture was black. My husband painted it white. We saved the little frosted shades for another project. I found these adorable bird houses at Joann's in the dollar section. Steve painted the whole thing white and now it's ready for spring.
The bottom of the birdhouses were flat so all my husband had to do was drill out a hole to fit the wiring pipe on the chandelier arm. He made the hole a tight fit so they almost had to be screwed down onto the arm of the fixture. This ensured that the birdhouse fits snugly and is permanent. Epoxy glue would work too.

Wow! This is really gorgeous!
You could put bird seed in the ones without the houses. They look like little feeders.

This reminds spring is coming. Great job. Love the birdhouses.
This is really cute. Do they birdhouse light up or are they purely decorative. Either way it is great! Visiting from Debbiedoos Newbie Party!
